Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge Haim Dotan LTDHunan Province in China has commissioned Israeli-based <a href="http://www.haimdotan.com/" target="_blank">Haim Dotan</a> to design a completely transparent <a href="http://inhabitat.com/thomas-heatherwicks-garden-bridge-gets-green-light-from-londons-lambeth-council/" target="_blank">bridge</a> across the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. The structure would span 370 meters (1,214 feet) and hold up to 800 people at once - making it the world's longest and tallest glass bridge. This extreme bridge aspires to become a "Wonder of the World" and continues the Chinese trend of delivering unique architecture that tests the limits of human ingenuity.1
