More than 100 of the lowest-cost units at 325 Kent were recently made available through a housing lottery.
Singles who earned between $21,722 and $25,400 annually were eligible for the cheapest $596-per-month studios. Families of four who made no more than $54,360 a year were able to apply for 13 two-bedrooms that rent for $979 a month.
The rest of the of the building’s 400-plus units will be offered at market rate. Amenities such as parking, bike storage, and the gym will also cost extra.
Tectonic also fired up one of its drones to get a broader view of the entire site.
