Domino Sugar FactoryClad in fluorescent construction trappings, the Domino Sugar Factory at 325 Kent Ave. continues to hold court on the Williamsburg waterfront. As photos from Tectonic reveal, the 16-story building is beginning to settle into its terraced final form, complete with a trestled suite of apartments that appear to be suspended mid-air. The building is just a piece of the puzzle that is the Domino Sugar Refinery "master plan," one that "envisions a new skyline for Brooklyn," according to SHoP Architects, which was hired by Two Trees Management to transform the site into a mix of offices, market-rate and affordable housing, community facilities, and retail space.1
