After the storm, there was speculation over whether these areas could be restored in time for Memorial Day weekend, but all doubts were erased this morning with the unveiling of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/bklyn-designs-garrison-architects-flood-proof-modular-beach-buildings-are-coming-to-nyc-this-summer/">even better, more resilient facilities </a>at these locations.1
