    Last night, seven of NYC's best design firms traded in their T-squares and drafting pencils for rolling pins and frosting at <a href="http://www.watg.com/">WATG</a>'s 2016 Great Architectural Bake-off competition. Hosted at <a href="http://www.gallery151.com/">Gallery 151</a> in Chelsea, the tasty tournament churned out some impressive feats of edible architecture, including a fondant-covered Sydney Opera House, a sugary version of Philip Johnson's Glass House and a sweet take on the late Zaha Hadid's Heydar Aliyev Center. If you're wondering which one of these <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/index.php?s=gingerbread">constructed confections</a> was able to take the cake, read on for the winners.
