Sean Berthiaume, owner of <a href="http://www.vinniesbrooklyn.com/">Vinnie's Pizzeria</a> in Williamsburg, came up with the idea to enclose his pies within other pies as a way to cut down on packaging waste. Talk about a way to have your pizza box and eat it too!1
