The Southbank Centre teamed up with LEGO to help out Duncan Titmarsh—the UK‘s only certified LEGO professional—and a team of volunteers bring to life a giant map of the world. Exhibited from 23rd July to the 13th August this year, visitors to the Southbank Centre were amazed to stumble upon such detailed art piece that measured 20 x 40-foot long. Built with more than 1 million LEGO bricks in 21 different colors, it also featured important landmarks like the Chinese Wall, Big Ben, Empire State Building, Taj Mahal and mountains like the Himalayas.
