Block 11 by MEI ArchitectureParking lots may not seem like an obvious canvas for designers, but <a href="http://www.mei-arch.nl/meiarchitecten/">MEI Architecture</a> has turned Block 11 into a wild work of folk art that is clad in a series of hanging plant containers. Part of Almere-Buiten's urban expansion, the parking lot has 413 spaces and was built out of new materials using a <a href="http://www.custompartnet.com/wu/sheet-metal-forming">stretch forming technique</a> that is common among automobile manufacturers.1
