Made using three repurposed shipping containers topped with a windmill's wing, Containosaurus is a monster-like structure that looks as if it is about to take flight. Comissioned by the <a title="Recycled Containosaurus by Refunc Lands at Dutch Music Festival" href="http://www.lowlands.nl/" target="_blank">Lowlands Music Festival</a> in <a title="Recycled Containosaurus by Refunc Lands at Dutch Music Festival" href="http://inhabitat.com/eindhoven-garage-transformed-into-light-filled-home-office-with-a-perforated-metal-skin/" target="_blank">Eindhoven</a>, Netherlands, this eco-friendly behemoth was designed to add some industrial edge to the outdoors event. Designed by Jan Körbes and Denis Oudendijk from <a title="Recycled Containosaurus by Refunc Lands at Dutch Music Festival" href="http://www.refunc.nl/index.php" target="_blank">Refunc</a>, Containosaurus gave a second life to previously unused materials.

Powered by solar panels on the roof the art installation was painted red to create a fiery strong impact within the musical landscape.
