Oriented to the east and the west, the home soaks up daylight while utilizing shade devices and recessed windows to prevent overheating in the summer. Designed by Prague-based <a href="http://www.mimosa-architekti.cz/projekt/nazev/36-bohumilec/text/" target="_blank">Mimosa Architekti</a>, the House in Bohumileč uses natural materials and a simple framework to help it fit into its rural setting.1
