Asia's first and only sustainable i Light festival in Singapore was such a huge success last year that the Urban Redevelopment Company has decided to make it a recurring event, and this year promises to be even more amazing than last. Themed "Light Meets Asia," i Light Marina Bay 2012 will showcase innovative lighting installations that use LEDs and other technology from mostly Asian designers from 9 March to 1 April, 2012. The festival aims to draw awareness to the increasing importance of energy efficient lighting while also encouraging locals and tourists to enjoy the vibrant waterfront, along which the works will be displayed. Step in for more details and a look at some of last year's brightest, most sustainable light art.
