Pacific Park BrooklynThe housing lottery for 535 Carlton, one of the buildings in Brooklyn's <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/controversial-atlantic-yards-development-rebranded-as-pacific-park-and-actually-includes-a-park/" target="_blank">eco-friendly Pacific Park</a> development, is now open. <a href="https://a806-housingconnect.nyc.gov/nyclottery/lottery.html#current-projects" target="_blank">NYC Housing Connect </a>is running the lottery process, which offers 298 below-market-rate units in the sustainable 18-story building designed by New York-based architecture firm <a href="http://www.cookfox.com/">COOKFOX Architects</a>. The reasonable rents are geared towards low-, moderate- and middle-income households with studios starting as low as $548 per month.1
Pacific Park BrooklynApartments at 535 Carlton, which sit at the corner of Pacific Street in Prospect Heights, range from studios to three bedrooms.2
