The ingenious duvet cover trick that will change your life (VIDEO)

Even with all of the <a href="http://inhabitat.com/green-technology/">modern conveniences</a> we have at our disposal these days, there are just some things in life that no app in the world can make less annoying. Case in point: putting on a duvet cover. You may have simply accepted this guaranteed source of frustration as part of life, but did you know that there's a way to bypass all of the stuffing, pulling, tugging and adjusting that comes along with it? Does your duvet cover process look like this?

<h3>Step 1:</h3> Turn your duvet cover inside out and lay it flat on your bed so that the opening is at the foot of your bed.

<h3>Step 2:</h3> Next, lay your comforter or blanket on top of your duvet cover.

Make sure that the corners are all matched up and aligned.

<h3>Step 3:</h3> Then, starting at the head of your bed, begin rolling your duvet cover and comforter up like a burrito.

Keep rolling...

And rolling...

<h3>Step 4:</h3> When you get to the foot of your bed, reach into the opening of your duvet cover and flip it over one end of your burrito, exposing the right-side-out side of your duvet cover.

Do the same for the other side.

Once you have both sides flipped over, flip over the middle of the duvet cover as well.

<h3>Step 5:</h3> Last, unroll your burrito back up to the top of your bed.

And you're done!

The best thing about this trick? Just reverse the steps to remove your comforter when you need to wash your duvet cover. No more having to shake it out!
