    Halloween has come and gone and you might have already plowed through all of your collected treats, but luckily we've got some eye candy for you to feast on - the fabulousfinalists from our Green Halloween Costume Contest! We were totally impressed (and in some cases terrified) by the flood of creative costumes we received and we've narrow them down to a select few that really showed what DIY eco costume making is all about. Now it's up to you to choose the lucky winners who will receive a sweet FEED Halloween bag filled with Yummy Earth Lollipops, a $100 gift certificate to the Inhabitatshop, and our fabulous Inhabitat t-shirts and tote bags!...<br><br><a href='https://inhabitat.com/vote-for-your-favorite-green-halloween-costume-contest-finalists/'>READ ARTICLE</a>

    Check out <a href="http://inhabitat.com/greenhalloweencontest/soda-tab-monty-python-black-knight/">John Grimes’</a> soda tabtastic version of the Black Knight from the hit classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail.     This year for Halloween <a href="http://inhabitat.com/greenhalloweencontest/floating-house-from-pixars-up/">Abby Freeman</a> and her boyfriend wanted to create something BIG, FUN and EXCITING that would stand out amongst a large crowd. They’re both architecture interns that do not have the money to invest in fancy expensive costumes, so they put their creative juices in motion and decided to be the floating house from Pixar’s animated film, “UP”! <h3><a href="http://inhabitat.com/greenhalloweencontest/floating-house-from-pixars-up/">VOTE FOR THE "UP" HOUSE&gt;</a></h3>

    <a href="http://inhabitat.com/greenhalloweencontest/handmade-cardboard-transformer/">Steven Bush</a> used 4 pizza boxes, 5 large boxes, 2 packaging tubes, 6 sheets of foam matting, 5 foam boards, 2 rolls of ducktape, 1 pair of blue spray painted gloves, 2 knee guards for the legs, 4 baby stroller wheels, 1 pair of old tennis shoes, 2 cans of greatstuff expanding foam, nuts, bolts, and lots and lots of love to make this robotastic Transformers costume. <h3><a href="http://inhabitat.com/greenhalloweencontest/handmade-cardboard-transformer/">VOTE FOR THE TRANSFORMER&gt;</a></h3>
