Earlier this spring, Al Gore launched the $300 million dollar “We Campaign” with a slick green logo and website to support his non-profit organization The Alliance For Climate Protection. Through advertising and green partnerships, the three-year campaign aims to further educate the public about the crisis, call for the U.S. to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and ask for solutions from our elected officials. If you haven’t yet found your place in we, read on to learn more about how we can solve it.

i saw Mr. Gore today talking about conversion to green (clean) energy today and totally agree with it. My question would be how to keep it affordable so all can comply without banckrupting themselves. It is like requiring cars to pass certain tests, but make it too expensive for average people to comply… It is a lot easier to think green than to go there when you live paycheck to paycheck. This is truly not meant to be critical only to see if there is a solution, as it will become a problem.
In crisis, look to history. There is a bad word in politics in this energy crisis. It was a mandatory crop in Washington and Jefferson’s time. Our forefathers. Henry Ford utilized this natural, renewable resource to build and run the first automobile. it is inexpensive, even now, and requires little effort to produce. I could go on and on. It is HEMP, and to me, it is the obvios and cheapest, low maintenance, solution that is continuosly getting passed over and ignored. Politicians today, as opposed to 200 years ago, are afraid to go where many men before them have not only been, but could not do without. Go to http://naihc.org/ for hard facts.
My push for green…… the Fisker Karma is a new green technology, taking the lead in placing premium automobiles in the far lead for green. Check it out at Fisker Automotive
