Gallery: Quotel is a Polish Pop-Up Hotel That Makes Recycled Materials ...

The enormous Poznan International Fair, which is the biggest industrial fair in Poland, draws over 13,000 exhibitors alone, but there often isn't enough lodging in the city to accommodate them all. That's why architects Jerzy Wozniak and Pawel Garus decided to solve the city’s sold-out hotel problems by creating a pop-up hotel in an unoccupied apartment building. On a very tight budget, the team created Quotel, a comfortable temporary hotel, using inexpensive furniture and recycled elements.
