Mix a little bit of Bladerunner with prefab home design and you get the v100 Mod Box. These ultra modern 10 x 10 x 10 ft prefab cubes could be the next generation of prefab design. The Mod Box is futuristic-looking to be sure, but three of these cubes will soon be installed in Phoenix.
