Inspired by Victoria’s famous landscapes, Victoria One’s form and facade recalls the southern state’s diverse terrain, from its waterfalls and rainforests to its oceanside beaches. In addition to providing protection against the sun and wind, the pattern of silver fins that jut out of the green glass facade give the building a fluid, river-like appearance. To soften the building’s relationship with the street level, ten floors of the tower are planted with fixed and overflowing vegetation near the base of the building.

Victoria One will comprise approximately 629 residential units, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, modern furnishings, winter garden, and a muted green color palette. Residents will also have access to three floors of communal facilities, including a pool, spa, gym, lounges, and a club.
