Each home in Hudson Woods is set on a large lot within the development’s expansive 131-acre site, allowing for exquisite views of the surrounding Catskills Mountains. Guided by a sustainable landscape architect and forester, the homes were built into the area’s natural forest and meadows using responsible active forest management and on-site agriculture strategies.

Although buyers can choose from a diverse range of eco-options such as solar panels, wood-burning stoves, vegetable gardens and even personal greenhouses, each home comes with a number of sustainable features, such as seam metal roofing, stone retaining walls and Nest Learning thermostats to control energy usage and costs, already installed.
Designed to marry the rustic surroundings of the outside in with their interiors, the Hudson Woods homes feature large custom-made mahogany windows, an abundance of locally-sourced white oak surfaces, and solid wood doors throughout the home. Kitchens feature custom islands and pantries made in collaboration with local craftsmen.
