Located at 10 Montieth Street, the mixed-use complex will include 392 residential units, half of which will be equipped with private outdoor space. Although the size of the design is impressive, it’s the project’s outdoor amenities that have the real estate world abuzz. The building’s massive 25,500 square feet of modulating landscaped rooftop will offer lucky residents not only an expansive green space equipped with a running and hiking course, but also outdoor BBQ and seating areas, cross training facilities, yoga and meditation space as well as an urban farming area.
According to the architects, the “organic terrain” roof design is not only meant to bring exceptionally cool amenities to the residents, but also to make optimal use of the space. The sloping angles provide the upper four floors with direct access to the green space, resulting in a penthouse feel for all of the units.
And if the large green roof wasn’t incredible enough, the community-based urban project also has a large interior courtyard that will serve as a community zone for the residents, providing an additional recreational space including a dog run, ampitheater, fire pit and terraced areas.
