The loft studio is located on the fourth floor of a brownstone sited along a picturesque, historic block in Brooklyn, just steps away from the Pratt Institute. Though small, the space is open, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light pouring through its four windows.
A well-designed lofted sleeping area (big enough to fit a queen bed), a separate storage area, and a kitchenette also help maximize space. Though this may sound like a no-frills living situation to those in other parts of the country, most New Yorkers would agree that if you can find a pad with a brand new bathroom and tub, it’s a pretty sweet deal!
