Designed by Brooklyn-based <a href="http://narchitects.com/" target="_blank">nARCHITECTS,</a> Carmel Place (formerly known as My Micro NY) is the first multi-unit modular construction in Manhattan and will offer affordable housing for low- and middle-income households.1
- My Micro NY apartmentsLocated at 335 E 27th Street, Kips Bay, the $17 million development will have a total of 55 studios at 250 to 370 square feet.2
