Czech artist Kristof Kintera creates fantastical sculptures by transforming familiar, everyday objects into surreal distorted structures and figures. Kintera works with objects ranging from light bulbs to bicycles, rending them anew as aliens, towers and scenes both absurd and disastrous.

Kristof Kintera‘s recycled sculptures distort reality and show even the most ordinary household items in a new light. He embraces a wide variety of objects as his materials, experimenting with alternate purposes and looking beyond the objects’ intended uses. Through different processes — some lengthy, some simple — Kintera creates brand new, alternate forms.
