This 225 square-meter, three-story home is designed to maximize ground floor transparency while providing serene bedrooms and offices on the second and third floor. The home was designed with sustainability in mind, and many energy efficient and material conscious green building strategies were used. This home is a welcome addition to the progressive IJburg development, and it portrays the always impressive design aesthetics of Dutch architects.1
