For fans of the original Plumen, Hulger has introduced Baby Plumen, a bite-size version of the award-winning bulb design. Created following the design of the original Plumen 001 bulb, the Baby Plumen offers all of the style of the original in compact size, making it a versatile option for all of those fixtures that require a smaller bulb.
Designed by Hulger, the compact fluorescent bulb enjoys all of the energy savings and long life of a standard CFL, but with a lot more character. The Baby Plumen is 9 watts, which is the equivalent of a 40-watt incandescent bulb, and it will last up to 8,000 hours. The bulbcomes in both a 220-volt version, which is available now, and a 120-volt version, which will be released later this year. And it comes with either a screw or bayonet base.
