7 Bryant Park LEED Gold Office Building to Break Ground in Midtown Today

    We’ve been patiently <a href="http://inhabitat.com/nyc/7-bryant-park-will-be-a-new-leed-seeking-luxury-office-building-in-nyc/">following</a> the development of new green office building <a href="http://inhabitat.com/serge-appel-on-one-bryant-park/">7 Bryant Park</a>, which will finally be breaking ground today. The state of the art building, designed by <a href="http://www.pcf-p.com/a/p/1031/s.html">Pei Cobb Freed &amp; Partners</a> and developed by Hines Development, will offer 470,000 square feet of <a href="http://inhabitat.com/san-francisco-49ers-new-home-set-to-be-pro-footballs-first-leed-certified-stadium/">LEED-certified</a> office space.     Located on the corner of 40th Street and Sixth Avenue the project is slated to be completed by the end of 2014. The tower is being developed by Hines Development, with Pei Cobb Freed &amp; Partners as lead architects.
