It’s no secret that Leonard DiCaprio is a fan of green initiatives like Citi Bike, and now the Great Gatsby star may be extending his love for sustainability to real estate. The actor was recently seen checking out possible new digs in a LEED-certified apartment in Greenwich Village. The 4,326 square foot space is a $12,975,000 classic duplex located at 61 Fifth Avenue. The home has three bedrooms, marble bathrooms, a library, a dressing room and, of course, a parking space for DiCaprio’s Fisker Karma hybrid car. We hope to be seeing the eco-conscious superstar around the neighborhood should he choose to live in the lap of LEED luxury.
