    Two devoted environmentalists pushed past many obstacles to finally realize their yummy dream - <a href="http://www.guactruck.com/design.html">Guactruck</a>, the first retrofitted food delivery service to roam the streets of Manila in the Philippines. Our friends over at <a href="http://www.core77.com/blog/food/tasty_sustainable_tacos_with_manilas_first_designer_food_truck_21851.asp">Core77</a> had the good fortune to eat the pair's scrumptious Filipino food, which is prepared Mexican-style and served out of awesome origami packaging fashioned from a single piece of cardboard - and they gave it a resounding thumbs up.
