Norwegian artist Rune Guneriussen creates breathtaking art installations by placing everyday objects in outdoor environments. He just released a new collection of photographs documenting his works, and the magical images look like a scene from a fairytale. Guneriussen's works incorporate objects ranging from chairs to lamps and books, and he illuminates the carefully placed formations to create dramatic displays in rural landscapes.
Rune Guneriussen‘s art installations are enchanting and imaginative, transforming the most banal objects into works of art. What makes his work even more interesting and mysterious is that Guneriussen is the only witness to the final product – only his photos remain as a permanent record of his temporary artworks. Guneriussen’s new solo exhibition is now open at Rheingalerie Bonn in Germany, where it will run through November 10.
