Claustrophobic readers should probably click away now before we start describing this super-skinny Murray Hill townhouse that measures in at just over 11 feet wide. Its slim profile might be the reason it's been on the market for as long as it has, but the owner, artist <a href="http://www.patricianix.com/biography.html" target="_blank">Patricia Nix</a>, recently lowered the price down to <a href="http://www.nestseekers.com/56292/murrayhill-beautiful-brownstone-in-murray-hills-historic-district?src=470AqF7" target="_blank">$3,995,000</a>. The home may be slender but it includes plenty of space for an artist's studio as well as bedrooms, loads of natural light, a sunroom and a garden.

This skinny town home in Murray Hill is actually one of a pair of slim brownstones at 115 East 35th Street.

The well preserved exterior contains an equally ornate interior that Patricia Nix renovated and redecorated.
