Influenced by an American Icon, the Chris-Craft Boat, Snyder’s stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is move-in ready and chock-full of energy efficient appliances. Hiding underground is a high-efficiency Geo-Thermal HVAC system and all of the house’s hot water is heated by on-demand systems. All windows in the house feature low-E glazing, and there is a trough and cistern system that collects rainwater for landscape irrigation. More than half of the lots in the Urban Reserve have been sold and notable architects are coming on board. Neighboring homes include equally stunning designs from the likes of Tod Williams and Billie Tsien, KieranTimberlake, and more.
