Luciana Pricop

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Luciana Pricop moved to the United States at the age of two where she grew up in New York City. After attending the prestigious all-girls Chapin School, she graduated from New York University with a degree in Art History where her focus drifted into historical research and writing. Throughout her career Luciana has tried to keep things interesting by working in a wide array of industries including music recording with classical and jazz label Chesky Records and international art exhibitions through her work with Foto+Synthesis. Her art background led her to become the spokesperson for acclaimed Chinese painter and poet Yan Zhen's China Dream art exhibition at the 2015 United Nations General Assembly Week in New York. It was during this time that she became acquainted and impassioned by the UN's Sustainable Development Agenda and subsequently began to work with various international organizations including the Global Sustainability Foundation and the ITU.
