The restaurant itself can accomodate 14 people and includes a beautiful wrap-around terrace boasting panoramic views of turquoise water. Built entirely with rustic, local materials, the structure easily adapts to the ever changing nature of its environment. When thetide is low, an amazing tiered staircase greets visitors, leading them to the main dining room. Higher tides that call for a boat ride to the Rock, allow visitors to tie up or get dropped off at the floating oasis.
The owner, a local fisherman, serves whatever he catches (including lobster and prawns) and prepares delicious authentic recipes with local ingredients. The cozy hut also offers an extensive wine menu, making it a hot spot for romantic dinners and special occasions.
