Manhattan saw the opening of an outdoor gym last week, and Brooklyn got its own new open-air recreation space today with the launch of Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 2 and Pier 4. The dynamic addition to the park features a roller rink, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, a beach and more.
